Chez Christine is a small, friendly restaurant in the heart of Luz-St-Sauveur
Located next to the Jardin de la Poste and 100 meters from the "Eglise Templier".
Our restaurant has been providing quality meals for over 18 years in a rustic and charming setting.
Request a table next to the fireplace in winter.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our produce and use local suppliers for the main specialities of the restaurant. The distinctive flavours of the local lamb, beef, trout and cheeses are complemented by fresh vegetables. The 'Fondue Pyrénéene' is a particular favourite. In addition, Chez Christine also provides pizza and fresh pasta, to cater for all tastes and budgets. All the sauces are made on the premises using our own recipes. The Calda e Fresca (hot and cold) is a pizza not to be missed. If you can't decide, command our "il duo" two pizzas in one!! To finish your eating experience we invite you to sample our homemade "dessert of the day". We ask you to sample our range of wines, both regional and from further afield. From June 26th to 28th, the stadium of Pau-Pyrénées will host the first stage of the 2009 I.C.F. Canoe Slalom World Cup. This international competition, which is the first to be organized since the Olympic Games in Beijing, should gather more than 30 delegations of athletes from all over the world.
